Per-Seat Pricing, Org-Wide Pooling

Every seat in your organization contributes to a shared pool. A 100-seat Standard org gets 80,000 standard queries and 8,000 advanced queries per month — shared across everyone. Power users can consume more while occasional users consume less. Pick the tier that matches your org's overall research intensity, not your heaviest user.

Standard ($30/seat): Large enterprises where most employees do occasional lookups — policy questions, quick facts, light research. Researcher ($75/seat): Consulting firms and professional services doing regular synthesis — reports, client deliverables, incident reviews. Deep Researcher ($250/seat): Law firms, investment banks, and R&D teams doing intensive analysis — motion drafting, due diligence, deep research sessions.

Standard queries are fast and great for straightforward questions like "What's our refund policy?" or "How much did we pay AWS over the last 4 months?" Advanced queries use a more powerful AI that's better at complex tasks: drafting architecture documents, legal briefings, finance plans, or other content based on your knowledge base. Think of it as quick lookup vs. deep analysis and drafting.

Tokens are the units AI models use to process text — roughly 4 characters or 0.75 words. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance that acts as a safety limit. Most users never hit this limit since query counts are the primary constraint, but it ensures fair usage for everyone.

Query Packs let you add more queries without upgrading your plan. Standard Pack: $20 for 500 standard queries. Advanced Pack: $50 for 200 advanced queries. Mixed Pack: $30 for 500 standard + 50 advanced queries. Buy them anytime and they're added to your allocation immediately.

Query limits are hard caps to ensure predictable billing. When you hit your limit, you can purchase a Query Pack to continue immediately, or wait until the next billing cycle. Storage has a soft limit with warnings but won't block uploads.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2). Your data is logically isolated from other customers and never used to train AI models.

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
